The invention discloses an automobile intelligent cabin steering wheel hand-leaving detection device adopting a flexible force sensor. A pressure detection part comprises a flexible capacitive pressure sensor; the flexible capacitive pressure sensor comprises two flexible polar plates and a flexible dielectric elastomer; the flexible dielectric elastomer is made of a composite material formed by mixing PDMS and gallium-indium-tin liquid metal, and blocking particles are arranged in the composite material; the warning part comprises an audible and visual alarm; and the control part comprises a capacitance data acquisition card and a 32-bit microcontroller. High dispersion of the liquid metal in the flexible dielectric elastomer and the flexible conductive elastomer is ensured through the blocking particles, and the flexible conductive elastomer has the advantages of high dielectricity, high conductivity, high conformal capacity, low percolation threshold and low cost.

    本发明具体是一种采用柔性力传感器的汽车智能座舱方向盘离手检测装置,解决了现有汽车方向盘离手检测技术检测误判、检测受限、检测设备成本高的问题。一种采用柔性力传感器的汽车智能座舱方向盘离手检测装置,压力检测部分包括柔性电容式压力传感器;柔性电容式压力传感器包括两个柔性极板和柔性介电弹性体;柔性介电弹性体是由PDMS与镓铟锡液态金属混合而成的复合材料制成的,且复合材料的内部设置有阻塞颗粒;警示部分包括声光报警器;控制部分包括电容数据采集卡和32位微控制器。本发明通过阻塞颗粒保证了液态金属在柔性介电弹性体、柔性导电弹性体中的高度分散,具有高介电性、高导电性、高共形能力、低渗流阈值、低成本的优点。
