The invention relates to the field of railway vehicle vibration reduction component manufacturing, in particular to a center pin bush lightweight method.The center pin bush comprises an outer sleeve, a mandrel and a rubber body vulcanized between the outer sleeve and the mandrel, the outer sleeve is made of low-density metal materials, the thickness of the outer sleeve and the thickness of the rubber body are determined through finite element analysis, and the strength of the outer sleeve is guaranteed; a curved surface model is arranged in the rubber body, so that the interior of the rubber body is combined in a solid direction and an empty direction, and the radial rigidity of the whole center pin sleeve and the ovality of the outer sleeve are guaranteed; the hollow direction is through along the axial extension direction of the core shaft and is annularly distributed along the circumferential direction of the core shaft; the edge, close to one side of the outer sleeve, of the hollow direction is arc-shaped, and the arc shape and the inner wall of the outer sleeve are concentrically arranged. The metal material jacket with low density is selected to improve the strength of the jacket and prevent the jacket from being crushed; the thickness of the outer sleeve and the thickness of the rubber body are scientifically designed, the ovality between the empty outer diameter and the solid outer diameter can be reduced, and the rigidity and the reliability of rubber are both considered.

    本发明涉及轨道车辆减振部件制造领域,具体为中心销套的轻量化方法,所述中心销套包括外套、芯轴和硫化在外套和芯轴之间的橡胶体,将外套使用密度低的金属材料,通过有限元分析确定外套与橡胶体的厚度,保证外套的强度;再通过在橡胶体的内部设置曲面造型,使橡胶体内部呈实向和空向结合,保证整个中心销套的径向刚度及外套的椭圆度;空向为沿着芯轴轴向延长方向贯通,且沿着芯轴周向环向分布;空向为靠近外套一侧的边缘呈弧形,弧形与外套的内壁呈同心设置。本发明选用密度低的金属材料外套,为了提高外套强度,防止外套压溃现象;将外套与橡胶体的厚度进行科学的设计,可以降低空向和实向外径之间的椭圆度,兼顾了橡胶的刚度和可靠性。
