The rope tightening device comprises a winding drum, a center shaft, friction discs, pre-tightening springs and spring seats, the winding drum is installed on the center shaft and can rotate along the center shaft, the friction discs, the pre-tightening springs and the spring seats are installed on the portions, on the two sides of the winding drum, of the center shaft respectively, and arm plate assemblies are installed on the outer sides of the spring seats. A mounting fixing frame is arranged on the top of the arm plate assembly. When the rope tightening device is used, the steel wire rope passes through the rope tightening device, the steel wire rope is pre-tightened, and the risk that the steel wire rope is disordered in the working process of the tower crane is reduced; according to the rope tightening device, manual rope winding is not needed, the rope winding work is automatically completed while the lifting mechanism winds the rope, the labor cost is saved, and the safety of high-altitude operation is improved. Meanwhile, the rope tightening device can effectively control disorder of the steel wire rope, relieve abrasion of the steel wire rope, prolong the service life and reduce daily maintenance cost and replacement cost of the steel wire rope.

    本发明公开一种紧绳装置及塔式起重机,包括卷筒、中心轴、摩擦盘、预紧弹簧和弹簧座,所述中心轴上安装有卷筒且卷筒能沿中心轴转动,所述卷筒两侧的中心轴上分别安装有摩擦盘、预紧弹簧和弹簧座,所述弹簧座的外侧安装有臂板组件,臂板组件的顶部设有安装固定架。本发明的紧绳装置使用时,钢丝绳经过紧绳装置,实现钢丝绳预紧,降低了塔机工作过程中钢丝绳乱绳的风险;该紧绳装置无需手动盘绳,起升机构收绳的同时自动完成盘绳工作,节省了人工成本,提高了高空作业的安全性。同时,该紧绳装置能够有效控制钢丝绳乱绳,减缓钢丝绳磨损,延长使用寿命,降低了钢丝绳日常维护成本和更换成本。
