The invention discloses a hoisting automatic clamping device for an additive manufacturing control surface substrate, and belongs to the technical field of additive manufacturing. The technical problems that when a hoisting and clamping device in the prior art hoists and moves the control surface base plate, accurate positioning of the control surface base plate cannot be guaranteed, and the moving efficiency is low are solved. The automatic clamping device for hoisting comprises a lifting unit, a clamping unit, a lifting electric cylinder driving unit and a gear transmission unit, the clamping unit is arranged below the lifting unit and comprises a first clamping plate and a second clamping plate, and the gear transmission unit can drive the first clamping plate and the second clamping plate to move oppositely so as to position and clamp the control plane base plate; after the clamping unit clamps the control surface base plate, the lifting electric cylinder driving unit can drive the lifting unit to drive the clamping unit and the control surface base plate to be lifted in the vertical direction. Accurate positioning and high-efficiency clamping and lifting of the control surface substrate can be achieved.

    本发明公开了一种增材制造舵面基板的吊装自动夹取装置,属于增材制造技术领域;解决了现有技术中的吊装夹取装置在吊装移动舵面基板时,无法保证舵面基板的准确定位以及移动效率低的技术问题。本发明的吊装自动夹取装置包括提升单元、夹取单元、提升电缸驱动单元和齿轮传动单元;夹取单元设于提升单元设于的下方,夹取单元包括第一夹取板和第二夹取板,齿轮传动单元能够驱动第一夹取板和第二夹取板相向移动以定位并夹取舵面基板;待夹取单元夹住舵面基板后,提升电缸驱动单元能够驱动提升单元以带动夹取单元和舵面基板在竖直方向上提升。本发明能够实现对舵面基板的精确定位以及高效率夹取和提升。
