The invention relates to the field of vehicle body and bogie hoisting methods, in particular to a vehicle body and bogie hoisting method. The method comprises the steps that A, the tail end of a connecting shaft penetrates through a lower center plate of the bogie and a center hole of a swing bolster and is arranged in a cavity of the swing bolster; b, a first lifting plate is put into the cavity from the observation hole of the swing bolster, the tail end of the connecting shaft penetrates through the first lifting plate, the first lifting plate is connected with the connecting shaft, and the first lifting plate cannot penetrate through the center hole; and C, the part, located below the first lifting plate, of the connecting shaft and the pin shaft are installed together. The vehicle body and the bogie are connected together for integral hoisting through the connecting shaft with the hoisting plates mounted at the two ends, so that driving accidents caused by incapability of braking in the driving process due to the fact that a traveling lever and an upper pull rod are not connected carelessly are avoided. The workload increased by mounting and dismounting auxiliary tools is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved; and the vehicle loading and unloading time is shortened.

    本发明涉及车体和转向架起吊方法领域,尤其是车体和转向架的起吊方法。该方法的步骤为:A、首先将连接轴尾端穿过转向架的下心盘和摇枕的中心孔,并置于摇枕的空腔内;B、然后将起吊板一从摇枕的观察孔放入空腔内,连接轴尾端穿过起吊板一,起吊板一与连接轴连接在一起,起吊板一无法穿过中心孔;C、连接轴位于起吊板一下方的部分与销轴安装在一起。本发明通过两端安装了起吊板的连接轴,将车体与转向架连接在一起进行整体起吊,从而避免由于粗心大意未连接游动杠杆和上拉杆,行车过程中无法制动而造成行车事故的发生。减少了由于安装和拆卸辅助工具增加的工作量,提高了工作效率;缩短了装卸车辆的时间。
