The method comprises the following steps: S1, collecting testability index evaluation results of a plurality of specified types of tests; s2, determining whether each testability index reaches the standard or not according to the fault detection rate threshold value and the fault isolation rate threshold value of each testability index; s3, if all the testability indexes reach the standard, a given comprehensive evaluation conclusion is standard, and if the testability index evaluation result of a set type test is not collected, testability index self-evaluation based on external field data is carried out; s4, according to the testability index self-evaluation, obtaining a testability identification test index evaluation result; and S5, if the evaluation result of the testability identification test index reaches the standard, the given comprehensive evaluation conclusion is standard. The testability index comprehensive evaluation method provided by the invention can provide support for testability index evaluation and provide a basis for testability design improvement.
