The unmanned aerial vehicle is composed of a vehicle body trunk, a variant undercarriage and foldable inflatable buoys. The variant undercarriages are symmetrically arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the fuselage and composed of a supporting rod, a tail supporting rod and an upper section and a lower section which are connected through a self-locking mechanism, a horizontal empennage is arranged at the tail of the tail supporting rod, the horizontal empennage is of a scallop type expandable hollow structure, a foldable inflatable buoy is arranged in the horizontal empennage, and the inflatable buoy is connected with an air pump arranged in the fuselage. The variant landing gear and the foldable inflatable buoy can be inflated and deflated through the air pump, during inflation, under the action of air pressure, the horizontal empennage is opened towards the two sides, the inflatable buoy is exposed to make contact with the water surface to provide buoyancy, and after deflation, the horizontal empennage is closed to serve as a control surface to provide control torque. The operation requirements of three modes of vertical take-off and landing/cruising/water take-off and landing of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be effectively met, and the application range of the unmanned aerial vehicle is widened.
