The invention discloses a manufacturing and mounting method of a ship deck track, which comprises a shipyard manufacturing stage, a equipment factory manufacturing stage and a mounting stage, and the shipyard manufacturing stage comprises the following steps: step 1, manufacturing ship body sections; step 2, assembling segments; 3, opening a deck; step 4, block carrying; step 5, pre-trepanning the cross beam; step 6, preparing a tool; the manufacturing stage of the equipment factory comprises the following steps: S1, manufacturing a track cavity; s2, assembling and welding a transition plate and a part; s3, adapter plate positioning data measurement, S4, adapter plate installation, and S5, rail post-welding finish machining. S6, track coating and accessory mounting; s7, factory inspection and acceptance; s8, rail transportation; the installation stage comprises the following steps: 1, hoisting the rail to a ship; step 2, track splicing; thirdly, acceptance check is conducted after splicing; fourthly, holes are formed in the adapter plate; 5, positioning and welding the track; and sixthly, checking and accepting the track after the track is installed. The manufacturing and mounting periods of the rail are shortened, so that the building period of a ship is shortened.
