The track flaw detection positioning detection system comprises a frame, ultrasonic flaw detection wheels, a power supply control module, a display module and a vehicle-mounted PC processing module, the bottom end of the frame is rotatably connected with a track wheel pair, and the front end and the rear end of the frame are both fixedly connected with flaw detection wheel carriers; an ultrasonic flaw detection wheel is arranged on the inner side of the flaw detection wheel frame, ultrasonic waves are transmitted to the inner side of the track through the ultrasonic flaw detection wheel, reflected signals are received, damage in the track is measured, a spraying supporting assembly is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the vehicle frame, and a spraying water outlet head is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the spraying supporting assembly. According to the track wheel set, after the track wheel set moves in a snakelike mode, the snakelike motion of a water source sprayed by the spraying water outlet head in the same direction is avoided, the possibility that the surface of the track is not completely wet is reduced, and the water source is evenly sprayed from the position over the track all the time.

    本发明公开了一种基于超声波的轨道探伤定位检测系统,包括车架、超声波探伤轮、电源控制模块、显示模块和车载PC处理模块,所述车架的底端转动连接有轨道轮对,所述车架的前端与后端均固定连接有探伤轮架,所述探伤轮架的内侧设置有超声波探伤轮,通过超声波探伤轮向轨道内侧发射超声波并接收反射信号,对轨道内部的损伤进行测量,所述车架的底端固定连接有喷淋支撑组件,所述喷淋支撑组件的底端固定连接有喷淋出水头,所述喷淋出水头的下方设置有轨道定位模块,本发明中,当轨道轮对在发生蛇形运动后,避免喷淋出水头喷出的水源方向一同发生蛇形运动,减少轨道表面未完全湿润的可能,使水源始终从轨道正上方均匀喷淋。
