The invention relates to the technical field of railway vehicles, in particular to a railway wagon three-axle bogie which comprises outer side wheel pair spring pieces and middle wheel pair spring pieces. The relation among the rigidity k1 of the outer wheel pair spring piece, the rigidity k2 of the middle wheel pair spring piece and the deformation amount t1 of the framework under the condition of the heavy vehicle is as follows: k1 = k2 + a1 * t1; wherein a1 represents a first coefficient; wherein the rigidity k1 of the outer side wheel pair spring piece, the rigidity k2 of the middle wheel pair spring piece and the deformation amount t1 of the framework under the heavy vehicle condition meet the condition that k1 = k2 + a1 * t1, and a1 * t1 represents the rigidity of the framework after deformation under the heavy vehicle state; in other words, the rigidity of the outer side wheel pair spring piece located on the outer side is equal to the sum of the rigidity of the middle wheel pair spring piece located in the middle and the rigidity of the framework in the heavy vehicle state after deformation, the outer side wheel pair spring pieces and the middle wheel pair spring pieces are arranged according to the formula, and it can be guaranteed that the framework in the heavy vehicle state can be subjected to three-axis uniform load.
