The invention provides a hybrid power supply system for plateau environment industrial equipment and a control method.The whole system is composed of a diesel generating set, a lithium titanate battery pack, an inverter, a motor controller and a vehicle control unit, and the vehicle control unit communicates with a diesel engine ECU, the motor controller and a battery pack BMS through a CAN bus; the purpose of switching the power supply modes can be achieved by controlling the rotating speed of the diesel engine and the output voltage of the motor controller, meanwhile, the working conditions of the battery pack and the whole vehicle are received in real time through the CAN bus, closed-loop control is conducted on the power supply modes of equipment, driving of multiple power supply modes is achieved, and the system can adapt to the complex working conditions of plateau railway construction.

    本发明提出一种用于高原环境工业设备的混合动力供电系统及控制方法,整套系统由柴油发电机组、钛酸锂电池组、逆变器、电机控制器及整车控制器组成,整车控制器通过CAN总线与柴油机ECU、电机控制器以及电池组BMS进行通讯,可以通过控制柴油机转速以及电机控制器的输出电压来达到切换供电模式的目的,同时通过CAN总线实时接收电池组以及整车工况,对设备供电模式进行闭环控制,本发明实现多种供电模式驱动,能够适应高原铁路施工的复杂工况。
