The invention discloses a commercial vehicle low-voltage power supply system and method, and the method comprises the steps: when a vehicle is started, a power switch is switched on, a power-off time-delay relay is switched on, and a storage battery supplies power to low-voltage electric equipment; meanwhile, the whole vehicle is powered on at high voltage, and the DCDC module works to supply power to low-voltage electric equipment; the power-off time-delay relay is switched off after a time delay, and only the DCDC module supplies power to the low-voltage electric equipment. The power-off time-delay relay is added, the storage battery, the low-voltage power supply equipment of the whole vehicle and DC can be cut off after the whole vehicle normally runs for a certain time, the number of charge-discharge cycles of the storage battery is reduced, and the service life of the storage battery is prolonged.

    本发明公开了一种商用车整车低压供电系统及方法,车辆启动时,电源开关闭合,断电延时继电器接通,蓄电池为低压用电设备供电;同时整车高压上电,DCDC模块工作为低压用电设备供电;断电延时继电器延时一断时间后断开,仅由DCDC模块为低压用电设备供电。本发明加入可断电延时继电器,整车正常运行一定时间后可以切断蓄电池与整车低压供电设备和DC DC,减少了蓄电池的充放电循环次数,提升了蓄电池的寿命。
