The invention discloses an automobile electric control suspension system controller which comprises a cooperative processing module composed of a microcontroller MCU and an FPGA chip, an automobile controller ECU, a signal processing module, a current driving module and a power source module. Therefore, working condition identification is conducted on the running state of a vehicle according to the collected data, the optimal control strategy of the active suspension is dynamically adjusted according to the working condition identification result, the optimal control force is calculated, a suspension control signal output by the MCU is converted through the current driving module, and driving current is output to the electric control suspension for control. Therefore, optimal control over the active suspension is achieved. According to the method, dynamic self-adaptive adjustment can be carried out according to the driving conditions of the automobile, the expected optimal control force is output, the smoothness and the handling stability of the automobile are both considered, and therefore the system performance of the automobile electric control suspension system is improved.

    本发明公开了一种汽车电控悬架系统控制器,包括由微控制器MCU和FPGA芯片构成的协同处理模块、汽车控制器ECU、信号处理模块、电流驱动模块和电源模块,其中,微控制器MCU通过调用FPGA芯片中的悬架控制系统底层算法,从而由采集到的数据对车辆行驶状态进行工况识别,并根据工况识别结果,动态调整主动悬架的优化控制策略,计算出最佳控制力,并由电流驱动模块对微控制器MCU输出的悬架控制信号进行转换,输出驱动电流至电控悬架以进行控制,从而实现对主动悬架的优化控制。本发明能够实现根据汽车的行驶条件进行动态自适应调节,输出期望最优控制力,以兼顾汽车的平顺性和操纵稳定性,从而改善汽车电控悬架系统的系统性能。
