The invention relates to a heavy-load split type wheel sealing structure. The device comprises an inner body, the inner body comprises an inner body flange, and an inner body sealing groove is formed in the outer side face of the inner body flange; the outer body comprises an outer body flange, an outer body sealing groove is formed in the outer side face of the outer body flange, the inner body flange is connected with the outer body flange, and the inner body sealing groove and the outer body sealing groove are oppositely arranged and form a sealing cavity; the sealing body comprises a sealing framework, a sealing ring and a sealing edge, the sealing ring is arranged on the sealing framework, the sealing edge extends out of the sealing ring, the sealing ring is arranged in the sealing cavity, and the sealing ring is attached to the bottom end of the inner body sealing groove and the bottom end of the outer body sealing groove to form an inner body sealing groove sealing area and an outer body sealing groove sealing area; the sealing edge extends outwards from the sealing cavity and is attached to the inner body side edge and the outer body side edge to form an inner body sealing area and an outer body sealing area. Therefore, the fatigue life of the sealing ring is prolonged, the air leakage risk of the wheel is greatly reduced, and the running stability of the vehicle is improved.

    本发明涉及一种重载对开式车轮密封结构。本发明包括内体,所述内体包括内体法兰,内体法兰外侧面设有内体密封槽;外体,外体包括外体法兰,外体法兰外侧面设有外体密封槽,内体法兰与外体法兰相连,内体密封槽与外体密封槽相对设置,并形成密封腔;密封体,所述密封体包括密封骨架以及分别设于密封骨架上的密封环和沿密封环外延伸的密封边,密封环设于密封腔内,并分别与内体密封槽底端和外体密封槽底端贴合形成内体密封槽密封区和外体密封槽密封区,密封边从密封腔向外延伸并分别与内体侧边和外体侧边相贴合形成内体密封区域和外体密封区域。本发明从而提升了密封圈的疲劳寿命,极大程度的降低车轮漏气风险,提升车辆行驶的稳定性。
