The invention provides an electric energy control system and an electric energy control method based on a flywheel energy storage system. The electric energy control method comprises the steps that a first sensor is arranged on a flywheel motor, and the first sensor is used for collecting rotating speed information of the flywheel motor; the second sensor is arranged between the direct current side of the converter and the power grid and is used for collecting bus voltage of the power grid; the controller is connected with the first sensor and the second sensor and used for responding to the rotating speed information, determining the rotating speed of the flywheel motor and determining a first working threshold value of the energy storage system according to the relation between the rotating speed and the target rotating speed; adjusting the lower limit value of the bus voltage according to the first working threshold value; and determining a PWM signal of the converter according to the bus voltage and the first working threshold. According to the invention, the electric energy of the power grid is managed, the electric energy balance of the flywheel energy storage system is controlled and managed, and the flywheel energy storage system is always in a state capable of absorbing and releasing energy.

    本发明提出了基于飞轮储能系统的电能控制系统和电能控制方法。其中,电能控制方法包括:第一传感器,设置在飞轮电机上,第一传感器用于采集飞轮电机的转速信息;第二传感器,设置在变流器的直流侧与电网之间,第二传感器用于采集电网的母线电压;控制器,分别与第一传感器和第二传感器相连接,控制器用于响应转速信息,确定飞轮电机的转速,并根据转速与目标转速的关系,确定储能系统的第一工作阈值;根据第一工作阈值调整母线电压的下限值;以及根据母线电压和第一工作阈值确定变流器的PWM信号。本发明实现对电网电能的管理同时,实现对飞轮储能系统的电能平衡进行控制管理,实现飞轮储能系统时刻处在可吸收释放能量的状态。
