The invention discloses an electromagnetic device for an elevator brake, the elevator brake and an elevator system. At least two electromagnetic devices are arranged in the elevator brake, and each electromagnetic device comprises a fixing part which is fixed relative to an elevator power device and is provided with at least one electromagnetic part used for providing electromagnetic force after being electrified; the moving part is arranged between the fixed part and a friction part of the elevator brake and can move relative to the fixed part; the force supply part is arranged to be used for providing acting force opposite to the direction of the electromagnetic force for the moving part, so that when the elevator brake is in the first state, the moving part is driven by the acting force to move towards the friction part and makes contact with an elevator power device to provide braking force, and an elevator car is stopped; and when the elevator brake is in the second state, the electromagnetic force is provided to overcome the acting force to promote the moving part to move towards the fixed part, so that the friction part is separated from the elevator power device.
