The invention discloses an anti-falling device for a stock of a tower crane, relates to the technical field of tower cranes, and is used for solving the problem of separation between the stock and a rotary table and facilitating the disassembly between the stock and the rotary table. Comprising a sleeve frame connecting assembly and a rotary table connecting assembly, the sleeve frame connecting assembly comprises an anti-disengagement column and a sleeve frame fixing plate which are arranged up and down, the sleeve frame fixing plate is fixedly connected with a sleeve frame, and the side wall of the anti-disengagement column is provided with anti-disengagement teeth; the rotary table connecting assembly comprises a top plate, a connecting piece and a shell which are sequentially arranged, the top plate is fixedly connected with the rotary table, a bottom plate is fixed to the lower end of the shell, a clamping jaw is connected to the bottom plate through a hinge, one end of the clamping jaw is a locking part, a tension spring is arranged between the locking part and the bottom plate, and the tension spring acts to enable the locking part to stretch into the position between every two vertically-adjacent anti-disengaging teeth. The anti-falling column extends into the inner sides of the shell and the connecting piece, and a pin shaft is inserted between the top of the anti-falling column and the connecting piece. The sleeve frame and the rotary table can be firmly connected, and the sleeve frame is convenient to disassemble.
