According to the invention, the reliability of a suspension system is improved, and on the premise of effectively connecting a battery system, the two conical sleeves are oppositely assembled, so that impact in all directions can be effectively borne, rubber is mainly compressed and deformed, and the service life can be greatly prolonged.

    本发明涉及一种电池悬置用弹性减振结构,包括电池悬置支撑结构和支撑底座,所述电池悬置支撑结构设置于支撑底座内,形成电池悬置的主体减振元件;所述电池悬置支撑结构通过连接单元轴向固定,所述电池悬置支撑结构为层叠的橡胶衬套对称套接在连接单元上;所述电池悬置支撑结构轴向对装,通过预紧实现电池悬置支撑结构的预压缩,以效提高橡胶衬套的使用寿命。本发明提升了悬置系统本身的可靠性,在有效连接电池系统的前提下,采用两锥形套对装的方式,可有效承载各个方向的冲击,橡胶主要受压缩变形,可大大提升运行寿命。
