The spatial-temporal correlation extraction and the time domain change extraction can be respectively performed based on the first traffic state data, so that the nonlinear features and the spatial-temporal correlation features hidden in the first traffic state data can be obtained, the reliability of the output data is higher, the precision of the traffic state prediction result is improved, and the prediction efficiency is improved. The problem that an existing traffic state prediction method is low in prediction result precision is solved.
