The invention discloses a data-based tourism navigation and data acquisition device which comprises an unmanned flight mechanism with a camera shooting function, and the unmanned flight mechanism is provided with a wind speed and direction sensor, a distance measuring sensor, an infrared thermal imager and a smoke sensor. A route planning module, a risk early warning module, a GPS module and an image denoising module are arranged in the unmanned flight mechanism, the wind speed and direction sensor is used for transmitting wind speed and direction data to the unmanned flight mechanism, and the infrared thermal imager is used for transmitting fire data to the unmanned flight mechanism. The smoke sensor is used for transmitting smoke data to the unmanned flight mechanism, the distance measuring sensor is used for transmitting fire area distance data to the unmanned flight mechanism, and the route planning module and the risk early warning module are in signal connection with the unmanned flight mechanism. The device can timely obtain the occurrence position, spreading speed and trend of natural disasters, timely remind tourists and prevent the tourists from being in danger.
