The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting machinery, and discloses a crane speed automatic control system which comprises a pulley, the pulley is installed in a base, a lifting hook is installed on the lower surface of the base, a steel rope is installed on the outer side of the pulley, a fixing piece is installed in an inner cavity of the pulley, and the steel rope is installed on the outer side of the fixing piece. The fixed part is fixedly connected with the base, a through groove is formed in the circumferential side face of the fixed part, outer contact teeth are installed on the inner wall of the pulley, a rotating part is installed in the fixed part, a sliding cavity is formed in the fixed part, a piston part is installed in the sliding cavity, an opening is formed in the piston part, and the sliding cavity is communicated with the through groove. The front side face of the piston piece is hinged to one end of a first connecting rod, and the other end of the first connecting rod is eccentrically hinged to the axial side face of the rotating piece. Through the arrangement of the rotating piece and the piston piece, part of rolling friction force between the pulley and the steel rope is promoted to be converted into sliding friction force, and therefore the falling speed of the lifting hook and materials is reduced.

    本发明涉及起重机械技术领域,且公开了一种起重机速度自动化控制系统,包括滑轮,所述滑轮安装在基座的内部,所述基座的下表面安装有吊钩,所述滑轮的外侧安装有钢绳,所述滑轮的内腔中安装有固定件,所述固定件与基座形成固定连接,所述固定件的周向侧面上开设有通槽,所述滑轮内壁上安装有外接触齿,所述固定件内部安装有转动件,所述固定件内部开设有滑腔,所述滑腔中安装有活塞件,所述活塞件的内部开设有开口,所述活塞件的前侧面铰接一号连杆的一端,所述一号连杆的另一端与转动件的轴向侧面形成偏心铰接。本发明通过转动件与活塞件的设置,进而促使滑轮与钢绳之间的部分滚动摩擦力转变为滑动摩擦力,从而减缓吊钩与物料的下坠速度。
