The invention discloses a radial pre-compression liquid rubber composite joint which comprises a mandrel, an outer sleeve body located at the peripheral position of the mandrel and a rubber body vulcanized between the mandrel and the outer sleeve body, a plurality of openings are formed in the peripheral face of the outer sleeve body, and after vulcanization, the rubber body is wrapped in the openings to form a plurality of mutually independent grooves. A liquid flow channel and a liquid injection hole communicated with the liquid flow channel are further formed in the core shaft; and the plurality of grooves are communicated through the liquid flow channels. According to the radial pre-compressed liquid rubber composite joint, the joint mounting ring body of the rotating arm can be directly contacted with the outer sleeve body of the liquid rubber composite joint, so that the joint and the rotating arm are assembled while a liquid cavity is formed; in this way, radial pre-compression of the joint and connection between the joint and the rotating arm assembly can be achieved easily, conveniently and rapidly.
本发明公开了一种径向预压缩液体橡胶复合节点,包括芯轴和位于芯轴外周位置的外套体以及硫化在所述芯轴和外套体之间的橡胶体,在外套体的周面上开有多个开口,当硫化后,橡胶体包裹在所述多个开口内形成相互独立的多个凹槽,在芯轴上还设置有液体流道和与所述液体流道相连通的注液孔;多个凹槽之间通过所述液体流道相连通。本发明中的径向预压缩液体橡胶复合节点,能利用转臂的节点安装环体直接与液体橡胶复合节点的外套体接触,在形成液体空腔的同时完成节点与转臂之间的装配,这样能简便快捷的实现节点的径向预压缩以及实现节点与转臂组件之间的连接。
