An automobile lateral stability control method considering tire longitudinal dynamic disturbance is characterized in that an expected yaw velocity calculation module, an LTV-MPC controller and a CarSim automobile model are included in the method; the expected yaw velocity calculation module is used for determining an expected yaw velocity; the CarSim automobile model is used for outputting the actual state quantity of the automobile, including the transverse speed, the longitudinal speed and the yaw velocity of the automobile and the angular acceleration of four wheels; and the LTV-MPC controller optimizes and solves the front wheel turning angle of the automobile and inputs the front wheel turning angle to the CarSim automobile model, so that the yaw velocity tracking control of the automobile is realized.
