The vacuum brake booster comprises a shell, a rear cavity and a front cavity are formed in the shell, the vacuum brake booster further comprises a control chamber, a push rod is arranged in the control chamber, an air filter and a partition plate are arranged on the side, away from the rear cavity, of the control chamber in a separated mode, a force adjusting cavity is formed between the partition plate and the air filter, and the outer end of the push rod is connected with a booster pedal. The push rod is axially provided with a rod hole, an adjusting rod is slidably arranged in the rod hole, the push rod is provided with a plurality of open grooves, the adjusting rod is provided with a connecting rod extending outwards at the open grooves, the outer end of the connecting rod is provided with an abutting disc, and a plurality of force adjusting springs abutting against the abutting disc are fixed to the end face of the side, close to the abutting disc, of the partition plate. The connecting rod is slidably arranged on the open groove through movement of the push rod, and the push rod is provided with a driving piece for controlling the adjusting rod to slide. By arranging the abutting disc connected with the adjusting rod and arranging the force adjusting spring abutting against the abutting disc on the partition plate, different drivers can adjust the treading force of treading the pedal for braking according to the conditions of themselves.

    本发明公开了一种真空制动助力器,包括外壳,外壳内设有后腔室与前腔室,还包括控制室,控制室内设有推杆,控制室远离后腔室的一侧分隔有空气过滤器与分隔板,分隔板与空气过滤器之间形成有力度调节腔,推杆外端与助力踏板相连接,推杆轴向设有杆孔,杆孔内滑动设有调节杆,推杆上设有多个开口槽,调节杆位于开口槽处向外延伸有连杆,连杆外端设有抵盘,分隔板靠近抵盘的一侧端面固定有多组用于与抵盘相抵的调力弹簧,连杆通过推杆的移动可滑动设置于开口槽上,推杆上设有控制调节杆滑动的驱动件;本发明通过在设置于调节杆相连的抵盘以及在分隔板上设置于与抵盘相抵的调力弹簧,可使不同驾驶员根据自身情况调节踩下踏板进行制动的踩踏力。
