The method comprises the following steps: periodically acquiring a detection signal of a tilt angle sensor arranged in a locomotive remote controller according to a first detection period; the signal is analyzed, and angle data obtained after analysis is compared with a preset threshold value; when the angle data is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value, acquiring a detection signal of the tilt angle sensor according to a second detection period; detecting signals of the first preset number of times are obtained and analyzed, analyzed data are compared with a preset threshold value, and if the number of times of the signals larger than or equal to the threshold value exceeds the second preset number of times, the remote controller sends a brake signal to the locomotive control subsystem. The device can prevent the locomotive from being out of control after an operator accidentally falls down, can prevent system misjudgment caused by normal bumping generated in the normal walking process of the operator or the running process of the locomotive, greatly improves the reliability and the safety, and improves the safety coefficient in the running process of the locomotive to a great extent.

    本发明具体公开一种机车智能控制方法、智能遥控系统及电子设备,该方法包括按第一检测周期周期性获取机车遥控器中设置的倾角传感器的检测信号;解析信号并将解析后得到的角度数据与预设阈值进行比较;当角度数据大于或等于预设阈值,则按第二检测周期获取倾角传感器的检测信号;获取第一预设次数的检测信号并解析,将解析后数据分别与预设阈值进行比较,若大于或等于阈值的信号次数超过第二预设次数,则遥控器向机车控制子系统发送刹车信号。可以防止操作员意外摔倒后机车失控,且本发明可以防止操作员平时走路或者机车行驶过程中产生的正常颠簸而导致的系统误判,大大提高了本装置的可靠性和安全性,很大程度上提高了机车运行过程中的安全系数。
