The invention relates to the technical field of fuel cell vehicles, in particular to a fuel cell vehicle hydrogen cylinder monitoring method which comprises the steps that after a vehicle is powered on, a cylinder valve opening mode is entered according to obtained opening instructions of cylinder valves of a plurality of hydrogen cylinders of the vehicle; in the cylinder valve opening mode, after a plurality of cylinder valves are subjected to pre-detection processing, a fuel cell system of the vehicle is controlled to be in a running state, and the pre-detection processing is detection processing conducted on the current of each cylinder valve and the first pipeline pressure of a first pipeline of a monitoring system; in the running process of the fuel cell system, the temperature difference of each hydrogen bottle is obtained every first preset duration; and if the temperature difference of a certain hydrogen cylinder is not greater than the temperature difference threshold value, controlling the fuel cell system to be in a stop state, and sending alarm information indicating that a fault cylinder valve exists in the plurality of cylinder valves. According to the method, the state of the cylinder valve is effectively monitored in real time in the whole running process of the hydrogen fuel cell vehicle, and the monitoring efficiency of the cylinder valve and the safety of the whole vehicle are improved.

    本发明涉及燃料电池汽车技术领域,尤其涉及一种燃料电池汽车氢瓶的监测方法,该方法包括:在车辆上电后,根据获取到的车辆的多个氢瓶的瓶阀的开启指令,进入瓶阀开启模式;在瓶阀开启模式中,在对多个瓶阀进行预检测处理后,控制车辆的燃料电池系统处于运行状态,其中,预检测处理为对每个瓶阀的电流和监测系统的第一管路的第一管路压力进行的检测处理;在燃料电池系统运行的过程中,每间隔第一预设时长,获取每个氢瓶的温差;若某个氢瓶的温差不大于温差阈值,则控制燃料电池系统处于停止状态,并发送多个瓶阀中存在故障瓶阀的报警信息。该方法在氢燃料电池汽车运行全过程中实时有效的对瓶阀状态进行监测,提升瓶阀的监测效率和整车安全性。
