The invention provides a control circuit and a control method of a power supply module, the power supply module and a charging pile, the power supply module comprises a voltage conversion circuit, and the control circuit comprises a sampling comparison circuit, a latch circuit and a processing circuit. The sampling comparison circuit is used for sampling output parameters of the voltage conversion circuit, outputting a first comparison signal when the output parameters are smaller than or equal to a first threshold value and outputting a second comparison signal when the output parameters are larger than or equal to a second threshold value, and the second threshold value is larger than the first threshold value. The latch circuit is used for outputting a first latch signal of a first duration to the processing circuit when the first comparison signal is received, and is used for outputting a second latch signal of a second duration when the second comparison signal is received. The processing circuit is used for enabling the pulse signal and stopping the pulse signal when receiving the first latch signal and the second latch signal. According to the embodiment of the invention, the output ripples of the power supply module under no-load and light-load conditions can be reduced, and the product competitiveness is improved.
