The invention discloses a mine traffic control system and an instruction fusion method, and belongs to the field of engineering machinery dispatching control. The system comprises a control center server and an autonomous driving vehicle, and a video monitoring device is arranged in a mining area; the autonomous driving vehicle detects vehicle state information and transmits the vehicle state information to the control center server; the control center server generates a regulation and control instruction and issues the regulation and control instruction to the corresponding vehicle according to the mining area monitoring data and the vehicle state information of each vehicle under the condition of no manual control instruction information; under the condition that external manual control instruction information exists, a regulation and control instruction is generated according to the mining area monitoring data and the vehicle state information of all the vehicles, a fusion instruction is generated in combination with the manual control instruction, and the fusion instruction is issued to the mining area vehicles; and the mining area vehicle performs automatic driving control according to the received instruction. According to the method, the situation that manual control needs to be involved in emergencies and the like is considered, the manual control instruction and the original instruction can be fused, and the efficiency of system dispatching control and the safety of mining area operation under the special situation are improved.

    本发明公开一种矿山交通控制系统及指令融合方法,属于工程机械调度控制领域。系统包括控制中心服务器和自主行驶车辆,矿区设有视频监控装置;自主行驶车辆检测车辆状态信息传输至控制中心服务器;控制中心服务器在无人工控制指令信息的情况下,根据矿区监控数据和各车辆的车辆状态信息,生成调控指令下发至对应车辆;在有外部人工控制指令信息的情况下,根据矿区监控数据和各车辆的车辆状态信息生成调控指令,并结合人工控制指令生成融合指令,将融合指令下发至矿区车辆;矿区车辆根据接收到的指令进行自动驾驶控制。本发明考虑突发事件等需要介入人工控制的情形,能够将人工管控指令与原指令进行融合,提升特殊情形下系统调度管控的效率及矿区作业的安全性。
