The assembly type intelligent cabin penetrating piece comprises a cabin wall, a cabin penetrating pipe fitting is installed in a cabin penetrating hole penetrating through the cabin wall from inside to outside, a base plate is installed between the cabin penetrating pipe fitting and the cabin wall in a pressed mode, and a water collecting groove is formed in the side face, facing the cabin wall, of the base plate; a detection point is fixedly arranged on the substrate at the water collecting tank and is electrically connected with an external sensor; in actual use, the cabin penetrating material penetrates through the cabin through the cabin penetrating pipe fitting; when water seepage and water leakage occur at the cabin penetrating hole of the cabin wall, water flows to the inner side face of the cabin wall along the cabin penetrating hole, flows along the binding face of the cabin wall and the base plate and flows into the water collecting groove, water accumulation in the water collecting groove conducts a detection point, and therefore the detection point is sensed by an external sensor to be known in time. Therefore, timely and intelligent detection of cabin penetrating position leakage is achieved, the structure is simple, installation is easy, sealing and safety performance of cabin penetrating are greatly facilitated, and the cabin penetrating device is particularly suitable for cabin penetrating requirements of deep sea small pipelines.

    本发明涉及一种装配式智能穿舱件及其安装、使用方法,包括舱壁,从内向外穿过舱壁的穿舱孔安装有穿舱管件,穿舱管件与舱壁之间压装有基板,基板朝向舱壁的侧面开设有集水槽;位于集水槽处的基板上固设有探测点,探测点与外部传感器电性连接;实际使用中,穿舱物质经由穿舱管件进行穿舱;在舱壁穿舱孔处发生渗水、漏水现象时,水将沿着穿舱孔流至舱壁内侧面,并顺着舱壁与基板的贴合面进行流动而流至集水槽中,集水槽中水的积载将导通探测点,从而由外部传感器感应及时获知,从而实现了穿舱位置泄漏的及时、智能化探测,结构简单易于安装,极大地助力于保障穿舱的密封和安全性能,尤其适用于深海小管路穿舱需求。
