According to the arrangement, a traction system in the prior art is improved, so that the traction system can be connected with the rear section part of the front girder while the traction function is kept, the included angle between the front section part and the rear section part is kept fixed, pitching folding of the gooseneck type front girder is achieved, a connecting rod mechanism does not need to be additionally arranged on the front girder, the structure is simple, and the operation is convenient.
