The invention provides a travelling crane wheel tread wear detection method and device, and the method comprises the steps: collecting an initial distance between the position of a distance measurement sensor and the outer edge of the wheel diameter of a wheel through the distance measurement sensor which is fixed relative to the position of the wheel in a new wheel replacement state of a travelling crane; the distance measuring sensor feeds back the initial distance acquired by the distance measuring sensor to the controller; the distance measuring sensor collects the current distance between the position of the distance measuring sensor and the outer edge of the wheel diameter of the wheel in the current state, and the distance measuring sensor feeds back the collected current distance to the controller; the controller calculates the current abrasion loss of the wheel according to the initial distance and the current distance, and the current abrasion loss is the absolute value of the difference value between the current distance and the initial distance; when the current abrasion loss is larger than or equal to the set abrasion loss, the controller sends control information to the alarm device, and the alarm device sends out an alarm signal. The detection method and the detection device can well solve the problem that the wheels of the travelling crane run asynchronously.

    本发明提供一种行车车轮踏面磨损检测方法及检测装置,该方法包括在行车新换车轮状态下,与车轮位置相对固定的测距传感器采集所述测距传感器的位置与车轮的轮径外缘之间的初始距离,且测距传感器将其采集到的所述初始距离反馈给控制器;测距传感器采集测距传感器的位置与当前状态下车轮的轮径外缘之间的当前距离,且测距传感器将其采集到的所述当前距离反馈给控制器;控制器根据所述初始距离和当前距离计算出车轮的当前磨损量,且当前磨损量为当前距离与初始距离的差值的绝对值;当当前磨损量大于或等于设定磨损量时,控制器给报警装置发送控制信息,报警装置发出报警信号。本检测方法及检测装置能很好地解决行车车轮运行不同步的问题。
