The invention discloses a tower crane supporting arm mounting system and method. The mounting system comprises an electromagnetic module, a measuring module, a reverse thrust module and a lifting module. The electromagnetic module is provided with an electromagnetic chuck, the electromagnetic chuck is provided with an electromagnetic coil, and the electromagnetic coil is electrified to generate magnetic force, so that the electromagnetic chuck adsorbs and is connected with the support arm; the measuring module is provided with a position measuring device used for measuring position information of the supporting arm. The reverse thrust module is provided with a transverse driving device used for driving the supporting arm to move transversely. The lifting module is provided with a vertical driving device used for driving the supporting arm to move vertically. The mechanical, automatic and intelligent degree of tower crane supporting arm installation can be improved conveniently, high-altitude operation of constructors can be greatly reduced in the tower crane supporting arm installation process, and therefore the safety of tower crane supporting arm installation construction is greatly improved.

    本发明公开一种塔吊扶臂安装系统及方法,所述安装系统包括电磁模块、测量模块、反推模块和升降模块;电磁模块设置有电磁吸盘,电磁吸盘安装有电磁线圈,电磁线圈用于通电产生磁力,使得电磁吸盘吸附连接扶臂;测量模块设置有位置测量装置,用于测量扶臂的位置信息;反推模块设置有横向驱动装置,用于驱动扶臂横向移动;升降模块设置有竖向驱动装置,用于驱动扶臂竖向移动;便于提高塔吊扶臂安装的机械化、自动化、智能化程度,使得在安装塔吊扶臂过程中能够大大减少施工人员高空作业,从而极大地提高了塔吊扶臂安装施工的安全性。
