The invention relates to a TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) lossless disassembly method under the existing cavern condition. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, mounting a ceiling lifting device; 2, the TBM adjusts the tunneling gradient; 3, the TBM goes out of a hole, specifically, the TBM breaks the rock and goes out of the hole, a TBM receiving bracket is installed at the hole, and a traction device is installed on the front side of the receiving bracket; 4, TBM dismounting preparation is conducted, specifically, a TBM host is moved to a receiving bracket; 5, the TBM main machine is disassembled, specifically, in the advancing moving process of the TBM main machine, the TBM main machine is loaded and transported out of a hole through a ceiling lifting device; 6, the TBM rear matched trailer is disassembled, specifically, the TBM rear matched trailer is dragged to the receiving bracket through a traction device, and the TBM rear matched trailer is loaded and transported out of a hole through a ceiling lifting device; and 7, the ceiling lifting device is recycled. According to the method, the existing cavern of the power station is used for TBM disassembly, interference factors of TBM disassembly are reduced, the excavation volume of the auxiliary cavern is reduced, and equipment loss is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种既有洞室条件下TBM无损拆机方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1、安装吸顶起吊装置;步骤2、TBM调整掘进坡度;步骤3、TBM出洞:TBM破岩出洞,在洞口安装TBM接收拖架,接收托架前侧安装牵引装置;步骤4、TBM拆卸准备:TBM主机移动至接收托架上;步骤5、TBM主机拆卸:TBM主机前进移动过程中,采用吸顶起吊装置进行装车运输出洞;步骤6、TBM后配套拖车拆卸:通过牵引装置将TBM后配套拖车牵引至接收托架上,采用吸顶起吊装置进行装车运输出洞;步骤7、回收吸顶起吊装置。本发明利用电站既有洞室进行TBM拆机,减少TBM拆机的干扰因素,减少辅助洞室的开挖量,减少设备损耗。
