According to the non-pyrotechnic separation mechanism suitable for the stacked satellites, each satellite is provided with three or four pressing rings, the pressing rings on the adjacent satellites are stacked in the longitudinal direction, the pressing rings in the same direction form a pressing ring unit, and stacking of a satellite group is completed through the four pressing ring units; the lower end of the locking rod is connected with the separation nut, and the upper end of the locking rod is connected with the pressing seat through the pressing screw; the lower end of the separation nut is connected with a locking seat; the locking seat is fixed on the carrying platform; and after stacking is completed, pre-tightening force is applied through compression screws to compress all the compression ring units, and therefore the satellite group is locked. During separation, all the separation nuts are controlled to unlock and release the locking rod at the same time; the separation spring pushes the locking rod to fly out upwards and pushes the satellites to be separated in sequence. The device is easy and convenient to assemble, compact in structure, light in weight, high in space utilization rate, free of impact in the separation process, free of gas discharge, capable of conducting ground separation tests, high in safety and high in reliability.

    本发明提供一种适用于堆叠卫星的非火工分离机构,每颗卫星上都安装三个或四个压紧环,相邻卫星上的压紧环沿纵向堆叠,同一方位上的压紧环构成一组压紧环单元,卫星组通过四组压紧环单元完成堆叠;压紧环单元被锁紧杆压紧,锁紧杆下端连接分离螺母,上端通过压紧螺钉与压紧座连接;分离螺母下端和锁紧座连接,锁紧座固定在运载平台上;堆叠完成后,通过压紧螺钉施加预紧力压紧各压紧环单元,从而锁紧卫星组。分离时,控制所有分离螺母同时解锁释放锁紧杆;分离弹簧推动锁紧杆向上飞出,并推动各卫星依次分离。本发明组装简便、结构紧凑、质量轻、空间利用率高,分离过程无冲击、无气体排出,可进行地面分离试验,安全性高、可靠性高。
