The invention relates to a redundant unlocking sleeve structure based on double pin pullers, and belongs to the technical field of unfolding and folding driving. Comprising two pin pullers, a sleeve and a lifting point connecting seat, wherein the lifting point connecting seat is of a U-shaped structure with an opening vertically arranged upwards; the sleeve is axially and horizontally arranged in an inner cavity of the lifting point connecting seat; the two pin pullers are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the lifting point connecting seat; the head end of the pin puller is provided with a piston which stretches out and draws back in the horizontal direction; through holes are formed in the corresponding positions of the two side walls of the lifting point connecting seat, so that pistons of the two pin pullers extend into an inner cavity of the lifting point connecting seat from the through holes in the two side walls of the lifting point connecting seat, and the sleeve is limited through the two pistons; the sleeve serves as a lifting point of the external brake parachute and is connected with the external brake parachute and an external spacecraft. A simplified, feasible and high-reliability redundant unlocking sleeve structure of the double pin pullers is designed, evolution and improvement can be carried out according to actual interface requirements on the basis, the number of size iterations can be greatly reduced, and the design efficiency is improved.
