The invention provides a variable-speed rotor blade, a coaxial unmanned helicopter and a single-rotor unmanned helicopter.The variable-speed rotor blade comprises a blade root, a blade middle section and a blade tip which are sequentially connected; a pitch curve L of the variable-speed rotor blade comprises a root pitch section L1, a middle pitch section L2 and a tip pitch section L3 which correspond to a blade root, a blade middle section and a blade tip respectively, a pitch corresponding to a connecting point of the middle pitch section L2 and the tip pitch section L3 serves as a standard pitch L4, and pitches corresponding to points in the tip pitch section L3 are smaller than the standard pitch L4. According to the technical scheme, the blade tip part of the variable-speed rotor blade has large negative torsion, and the blade element attack angle is small, so that in the periodic pitch changing process, the blade tip part can generate large lift coefficient change, and the periodic pitch changing control capacity is improved.
