The invention provides an air conditioning system of an underwater vehicle. The air conditioning system comprises an inner shell, a first semiconductor cooler, a second semiconductor cooler, an air valve, an air opening and a fan assembly. An annular cavity is formed between the inner shell and the outer shell. The first semiconductor cooler and the second semiconductor cooler are arranged on the right side and the left side in the annular cavity respectively, the first semiconductor cooler is connected with the diffusion structure, and the second semiconductor cooler is connected with the solid dehumidification structure. The first air valve is located on the upper side in the annular cavity and located between the two semiconductor cold and hot devices, and the second air valve is located on the lower side in the annular cavity. The first air port is located between the first semiconductor cooler and the first air valve; the second air port is positioned between the first semiconductor cooler and the second air valve; the third air port is positioned between the second semiconductor cooler and the first air valve; and the fourth air port is positioned between the second semiconductor cooler and the second air valve. The first fan is arranged between the first air opening and the second air opening, and the second fan is arranged between the third air opening and the fourth air opening. The air conditioning system is small in size and high in safety.
