The interior of the adjusting device is vacuumized through a sealed air exhaust hole or a non-sealed air exhaust hole when the combined body is assembled; when current is excited through the lead, the displacement driver forces the displacement plate to move up and down to change the volume, and the purpose of adjusting the buoyancy of the buoyancy adjusting device is achieved.
