    本发明是采用滚轮传动,在后轮加一个加速滚轮,速比按3∶1制作,再在车轮上加2个惯性加力块,为了启动省力用拉簧连接到轮中心部位,运转时在离心力作用下产生惯性加力,这样减少了摩擦力50%,提高了效率3倍,加上惯性加力有4倍,并且还有变速功能,将以前的变速器进行了改良链条也短了一些,方便了装配,解决了摩擦力大,传动效率低,速度慢的问题。
