The intelligent control system comprises a remote control gear shifting system arranged on a vehicle head body, a brake auxiliary system arranged on the bottom face of a carriage and an intelligent track transfer system, a bearing plate is arranged on the bottom face of the carriage, and a walking assembly is arranged on the side face, close to the width center line of the carriage, of the bearing plate. A speed measuring assembly is arranged on the outer side of a walking main shaft of the walking assembly, and the end, away from the width center line of the carriage, of the walking main shaft penetrates through the bearing plate and is connected with a braking assembly. The vehicle has the beneficial effects that automatic gear shifting and automatic parking can be achieved, parking and moving direction conversion of the vehicle head body at different positions of a rail system can be achieved through cooperation of the two, and the transportation flexibility is high; manual vehicle-mounted operation is not needed, so that the labor intensity of operators is greatly reduced, and the transportation efficiency is high; through self-braking of the carriage, the carriage can run more stably, and the safety of transported products is guaranteed; and through the intelligent rail changing system, automatic changing of the rails can be achieved, and different transportation requirements are met.

    本发明公开了轨道运输机智能控制系统,包括设置在车头本体上的遥控换挡系统、设置在车厢底面的制动辅助系统和智能变轨系统,所述车厢底面设置有承载板,所述承载板靠近车厢宽度中线的侧面设置有行走组件,所述行走组件的行走主轴外侧设置有测速组件,所述行走主轴远离车厢宽度中线的端部贯穿所述承载板且连接有制动组件。有益效果在于:能够实现自动换档和自动驻车,两者配合能够实现车头本体在轨道系统上不同位置进行停驻和转换移动方向,运输灵活性高;无需人工随车操作大大降低了操控人员的劳动强度,运输效率高;通过车厢的自制动,能够使车厢行驶更平稳,保证运输产品安全;通过智能变轨系统能够实现轨道的自动变换,满足不同运输需求。
