The invention discloses a hydrogen hybrid power commercial heavy truck vehicle thermal management system which comprises an internal combustion engine thermal loop, a fuel cell thermal loop, a heating thermal loop and a power cell thermal loop, and the internal combustion engine thermal loop comprises a first radiator, a mechanical water pump, an internal combustion engine body and a heat exchange side of a first heat exchanger which are connected in a closed loop mode; the fuel cell thermal loop comprises a second radiator, a first water pump and a fuel cell body which are connected in a closed loop mode, the heating thermal loop comprises a third water pump, a PTC heater and a warm air heat exchanger which are connected in a closed loop mode, and an outlet of the warm air heat exchanger communicates with an inlet of the first water pump through a pipeline; the power battery thermal loop comprises a second water pump, a power battery body and a heat exchange side of a second heat exchanger which are connected in a closed loop mode, and the other heat exchange side of the second heat exchanger is connected to the warm air heat exchanger in parallel. Heat exchange among the internal combustion engine thermal loop, the fuel cell thermal loop, the heating thermal loop and the power battery thermal loop is achieved, the energy utilization efficiency of the whole vehicle is improved, and low-temperature quick starting of the vehicle is facilitated.

    本发明公开了一种氢复合动力商用重卡整车热管理系统,包括内燃机热回路、燃料电池热回路、采暖热回路和动力电池热回路,内燃机热回路包括闭环相连的第一散热器、机械水泵、内燃机体、第一换热器一换热侧;燃料电池热回路包括闭环相连的第二散热器、第一水泵、燃料电池体,采暖热回路包括闭环相连的第三水泵、PTC加热器、暖风换热器,暖风换热器的出口通过管道与第一水泵进口连通,动力电池热回路包括闭环相连的第二水泵、动力电池体、第二换热器一换热侧,第二换热器另一换热侧并联于暖风换热器。内燃机热回路、燃料电池热回路、采暖热回路与动力电池热回路之间实现热量交换,提高整车能量利用效率,又有利于车辆低温快速起动。
