The invention provides an axle housing of a drive axle, a vehicle and a hydraulic forming process of the axle housing. The axle housing comprises an axle package part located in the middle and sleeve parts extending from the axle package part to the two sides, and the sleeve parts and the axle package part on the two sides are integrally formed in a hydraulic mode; one end of the axle package part is a bulged part, the other opposite end of the axle package part is provided with an installation opening for a main speed reducer to be inserted, the bulged part is provided with a spherical wall, and the spherical wall is locally provided with a plane part and/or a cambered surface part. Through the shape design of the bulging part of the axle package part, the purposes of bulging and avoiding are achieved, and the needed product can be smoothly formed through the hydraulic forming technology. Compared with a welding scheme mentioned in the background technology, obviously, the axle housing formed by the invention can reduce waste of a welding procedure and eliminate the fatigue cracking problem caused by welding defects, and compared with an axle housing formed by tailor welding and casting, the axle housing provided by the invention has an obvious weight reduction effect.

    本申请提供一种驱动桥的桥壳、车辆以及桥壳的液压成形工艺,所述桥壳包括位于中部的桥包部和自所述桥包部向两侧延伸的套管部,两侧的所述套管部和所述桥包部一体液压成形;所述桥包部的一端为鼓起部,相对的另一端设置供主减速器插入的安装口,所述鼓起部具有球形壁,且所述球形壁的局部设置有平面部和/或弧面部。本申请通过对桥包部的鼓起部的形态设计,既达到鼓起、避让的目的,又使得液压成形工艺能够顺利地成型出所需的产品。相较于背景技术中提到的焊接方案,显然,本申请形成的桥壳可以减少焊接工序的浪费,消除焊接缺陷带来的疲劳开裂问题,而且相较于拼焊以及铸造形成的桥壳,本申请所提供的桥壳具有明显的减重效果。
