The first conductive layer is harder than the first conductive layer; the second conductive layer is provided so as to be exposed on the surface side of the substrate that can be in contact with the organism. The filling amount of the conductive particles in the second conductive layer is less than the filling amount of the conductive particles in the first conductive layer, and the outer shape of the second conductive layer is larger than the outer shape of the first conductive layer.
