The invention provides a concrete plate hoisting positioning mechanism and a positioning method.The positioning mechanism comprises a transverse plate, two sets of supporting arms and a set of telescopic device, a side wall is suspended through a hoisting mechanism, meanwhile, the two sets of supporting arms on a bottom plate are supported on the surface of the side wall, so that the side wall forms a three-point supporting structure; the included angle between the side wall and the bottom plate is not larger than 90 degrees, and the supporting point, opposite to the side wall, of the supporting arm is located over an installation position on the bottom plate. Meanwhile, the lower end of the side wall is pulled through the telescopic device, so that the lower end of the side wall moves towards one side of the middle of the bottom plate, finally, the two sets of supporting arms serve as supporting points of the side wall, pulling force of the hoisting mechanism and pulling force of the telescopic device act on the upper end and the lower end of the side wall correspondingly, and finally, the side wall is vertically aligned to the mounting position on the bottom plate and gradually lowered to be mounted. According to the concrete plate hoisting positioning mechanism and method, a mechanical structure is adopted to replace manpower for side wall installation positioning, the installation positioning difficulty is lowered, operation is convenient and reliable, and manpower is saved.

    本发明提供了一种混凝土板材吊装定位机构及定位方法,其中定位机构包括横板、两组支撑臂和一组伸缩装置,通过吊装机构将侧墙悬置,同时,底板上的两组支撑臂支撑在侧墙的表面,使得侧墙形成三点支撑结构,并使侧墙与底板之间的夹角不大于90°,支撑臂对侧墙的支撑点即位于底板上的安装位的正上方;同时,再通过伸缩装置拉动侧墙的下端,使侧墙的下端向底板中部一侧移动,最终使两组支撑臂作为侧墙的支撑点,吊装机构和伸缩装置的拉力分别作用在侧墙的上端和下端,最终使侧墙竖直地对齐底板上的安装位,逐渐下放即可安装;上述混凝土板材吊装定位机构及定位方法,采用机械结构替代人力进行侧墙安装定位,降低安装定位难度,操作方便可靠且节省人力。
