The invention relates to the field of corrugated plates, and provides a railway vehicle corrugated plate, a welding method and a railway vehicle, the railway vehicle corrugated plate comprises a corrugated plate body, and the corrugated plate body comprises a flat plate and a plurality of corrugated strips which protrude out of the surface of the flat plate and are arranged side by side; in the extending direction of the corrugated strips, beating head structures are formed at the two opposite ends of the corrugated plate body in a punching mode, each beating head structure comprises a beating head flat plate and V-shaped grooves which are formed in pairs and protrude out of the beating head flat plate towards the side where the corresponding corrugated strip is located, and the pairs of V-shaped grooves are located in the two opposite sides of each corrugated strip and extend in the length direction of the corresponding corrugated strip; the opening of the V-shaped groove faces the direction deviating from the corrugated strips, and the flapper head flat plate is connected with the flat plate through the V-shaped groove. The defects that in the prior art, a railway vehicle corrugated plate is inconvenient to weld, prone to water accumulation, poor in sealing performance and the like are overcome, a flapper head type folding-free area is achieved, the gap corrosion problem can be effectively avoided without coating a sealant to seal a space after welding is completed, and cost is effectively reduced.

    本发明涉及波纹板领域,提供一种轨道车辆波纹板、焊接方法及轨道车辆,轨道车辆波纹板包括波纹板本体,波纹板本体包括平板和凸出于平板表面的若干并排设置的波纹条;沿波纹条的延伸方向,波纹板本体的相对两端均冲压成型有拍头结构,拍头结构包括拍头平板和成对设置并朝向波纹条所在侧凸出于拍头平板的V型槽,成对的V型槽位于每个波纹条的相对两侧并沿波纹条的长度方向延伸,V型槽的开口朝向背离波纹条的方向,拍头平板与平板通过V型槽相连。解决了现有技术中轨道车辆波纹板不便于焊接、容易积水、密封性不好等的缺陷,实现拍头型式无折叠区,焊接完毕后无需涂打密封胶封闭空间,即可有效规避缝隙腐蚀问题,有效降低了成本。
