An electric vehicle charging, replacing and storing integrated station scheduling system based on demand transfer comprises an integrated station scheduling sub-module, an optimization constraint sub-module and a solving sub-module, and the integrated station scheduling sub-module cooperatively plans intraday charging and discharging power of a charging mechanism, a replacing mechanism and an energy storing mechanism in an integrated station; the optimization constraint sub-module is used for setting an optimization target to be realized in collaborative planning of the integrated station scheduling sub-module; and the solving sub-module solves the mathematical model of the scheduling sub-module and the optimization constraint sub-module to obtain an optimal solution based on the demand transfer scheduling scheme. The optimization constraint sub-module orderly arranges the charging and discharging power of the charging, replacing and storing integrated station within one day according to the time-of-use electricity price, not only responds to the global allocation of the power grid side and relieves the peak-valley difference of the power grid, but also explores the linkage potential of the charging, replacing and storing module of the integrated station to a greater extent based on a demand transfer mode, and improves the daily comprehensive operation income. The integrated station scheduling sub-module transfers part of requirements in the charging station to the battery swap station, so that the charging pressure of the charging station is relieved, the waiting time of a user is shortened, and the charging and power utilization efficiency of the user is improved.

    一种基于需求转移的电动汽车充换储一体站调度系统,包括一体站调度子模块、优化约束子模块以及求解子模块,一体站调度子模块协同规划一体站内的充、换、储能机构的日内充放电功率;优化约束子模块为一体站调度子模块协同规划中设定拟实现的优化目标;求解子模块求解调度子模块与优化约束子模块的数学模型,获得基于需求转移调度方案的最优解。优化约束子模块依据分时电价有序安排充换储一体站一天内的充放电功率,既响应电网侧的全局调配,缓解电网峰谷差,又能基于需求转移的模式,更大限度的发掘了一体站的充换储模块的联动潜力,提升日综合运行收益。一体站调度子模块通过将充电站内的部分需求转移到换电站,缓解了充电站充电压力,降低用户等待时间,提升用户充用电效率。
