The invention relates to the field of pull rods, in particular to an adjustable suspension pull rod structure which comprises a pull rod outer framework, an internal groove is formed in the pull rod outer framework, a pull rod inner framework is arranged in the internal groove, and an elastic mechanism is arranged between the pull rod inner framework and the pull rod inner framework. The invention discloses an adjustable suspension pull rod structure which adopts a structural mode of a front positioning guide plate, a rear positioning guide plate and a plurality of arc-shaped elastic sheets to replace an integral rubber structure, and the contact rigidity of a suspension pull rod is quickly and conveniently adjusted by inserting different numbers of arc-shaped elastic sheets. Therefore, the purpose of shortening the development and verification period of the suspension pull rod part is achieved.
