The method has the advantages that improvement of hardware cost is not involved, the method can be achieved only through software improvement, cost is low, and implementation is convenient; the air conditioner is controlled to operate by comprehensively considering user requirements during low-power operation, so that the user requirements are ensured, and the user experience is improved; in the low-power mode, a prompt is given through a pop-up window or voice, so that the right to know of the user is ensured, and the system is more intelligent and reasonable.
