The invention provides a connecting rod type oil cylinder lifting axle device and a semitrailer. The connecting rod type oil cylinder lifting axle device comprises a hydraulic system, an oil cylinder fixing frame, an oil cylinder and a connecting rod lifting device. The oil cylinder fixing frame comprises a beam frame formed by connecting a cross beam and a longitudinal beam, and two pieces of guide iron are arranged at the two transverse ends of the beam frame respectively; a base of the oil cylinder is fixed on the beam frame; the connecting rod lifting device comprises a connecting rod lifting beam, two U-shaped bolts and two sliding ways, a horizontal hole is formed in the middle of the connecting rod lifting beam, the upper end of a telescopic rod of the oil cylinder is installed in the horizontal hole through a pin shaft, the two U-shaped bolts are symmetrically installed at the two ends of the connecting rod lifting beam, and the lower portions of the U-shaped bolts form an axle traction part. The two sliding ways are installed at the two ends of the connecting rod lifting beam correspondingly and are in sliding fit with the two pieces of guide iron in the vertical direction correspondingly. The hydraulic system serves as a power source of the oil cylinder; by optimizing the structure, the advantages that an original hydraulic system is better in compatibility, axle lifting is more stable and accurate, and the traction displacement phenomenon is not prone to occurring are achieved.

    本发明提供了一种连杆式油缸提升车桥装置和半挂车,包括液压系统、油缸固定架、油缸和连杆提升装置;油缸固定架包括由横梁和纵梁连接构成的梁架,梁架的横向两端分别设置两个导向铁;油缸的底座固定于梁架上;连杆提升装置包括连杆提升梁、两个U形螺栓和两个滑道,连杆提升梁的中部开设水平孔,油缸的伸缩杆上端通过销轴安装在水平孔内,两个U形螺栓对称的安装于连杆提升梁的两端,U形螺栓的下部构成车桥牵引部,两个滑道分别安装于连杆提升梁的两端,两个滑道分别与两个导向铁沿竖向滑动配合;液压系统作为油缸的动力源;通过对结构的优化,实现原有液压系统兼容性更好、车桥提升更稳定和准确、不容易发生牵引移位现象的优点。
