According to the offshore construction method, a full-rotation crane ship, a bottom-supported pile stabilizing platform, a set of balance beam main sling and a set of pile turning clamp auxiliary sling are adopted, and offshore construction of the ultra-large single pile is achieved in a single-ship single-hook stern hoisting mode. A transport ship and a crane ship are berthed in parallel to mount a single-pile main sling and a single-pile auxiliary sling, the transport ship is rotated to the position where the crane ship can conveniently hoist through a main crane and a mooring rope of the crane ship, and hoisting, turning over and pile planting of an ultra-large single pile are achieved. The construction flexibility of a common full-rotation crane ship crane and the hoisting capacity of the crane for fixing a stern crane are fully exerted, the contradiction of shortage of domestic ultra-large single-pile construction ship cranes is relieved, the single-pile construction technology is optimized, and the work efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种超大型单桩海上施工方法:采用一艘全回转起重船、一座坐底式稳桩平台、一套平衡梁主吊索、一套翻桩钳副吊索,利用单船单钩艉吊的方式,实现超大型单桩的海上施工。其中通过将运输船与起重船平行靠泊进行单桩主、副吊索具安装,并通过起重船主吊机、缆绳使运输船旋转至船艉便于起重船起吊的位置上,实现超大型单桩的起吊翻身及植桩,充分发挥普通全回转起重船吊机的施工灵活性、吊机固定艉吊的吊重能力,缓解国内超大型单桩施工船机紧缺的矛盾,优化了单桩施工工艺提高工效。
